"This is the place to go. A girl side swiped my car in my apartment parking lot, and she didn't want to use insurance. I took it here and talked to Bob about it. He is a super personable guy, very friendly, and very caring. I told him my situation, and since her personal situation was unfortunate and she was paying in cash, he gave her a hefty discount. His estimate was also significantly lower than what my mechanic relative had priced. If you want to feel confident in who is handling your car, definitely go here."
